Operators are on duty for assistance during normal operational hours. To call an operator, follow the instructions below:

Directions for Operating Intercom:

1. Press the button once. This will activate an alert buzzer upstairs. A technician will ask what you need.
2. Speak about three feet away from the speaker. Speak in a normal voice. If you get too close, the operator will not be able to understand you. Tell the operator what help you need.
3. Do not hold down the button. You do not need to keep pressing the button or holding it down to talk. Pressing or holding will cause the buzzer to sound again, and we won't be able to hear you.
